The INTERNET AG provides high quality data center services in various locations. We offer a complete service package, which gives our customers a reliable Internet environment with high performance  and  availability.

The same level of  quality service is available at all our sites. This is ensured by the requirement  that all of them abide by our company’s high-quality standards. These standards are always met and surpassed when required.

Our customers get a consistently good service from their INTERNET AG contacts at all our sites,  regardless of  locality. This is particularly important in the international environment and simplifies substantially the operating of a wide-area network infrastructure.

All  INTERNET AG sites meet  minimum technical standards.  Server cabinets must have redundant  power and data cables.

At least two separate power supply facilities must be available. In addition to the UPS in N +1 redundancy installation, the power technology of our sites must have minimum one emergency power system.

Furthermore, the air conditioning system must be redundant. It must consist of at least two separate cooling circuits. This redundancy is required for each server room.

Adherence to consistent standards results in  a consistently high quality service. The INTERNET AG has been able to live up to  this standards  for several years.

INTERNET AG is available to all data center customers as a stable and high-performance IP provider. Data transfer is offered with both IPv4 and IPv6.
By default, each rack having at least two ports will be switched to the data network, each server gets a minimum of 2 x 100 Mbit ports as standard.
According to specification, all common connector standards (RJ45, SC, ST, LC, E2000, BNC, MiniBNC) and speed types (2 Mbit / s to 10 Gbit / s) are offered for the connection. Final setting are
according to the customers needs.

To ensure a highly available Internet connection, we use eg. HSRP / VRRP or routing protocols such as OSPF or BGP. This equipment ensures the automatic
switchover to a backup connection when the main supply system should fail.

All INTERNET AG sites are connected to the INTERNET AG backbone. The backbone is built with high availability and is operated with high-quality Cisco network devices (eg, Cisco 12000 Series
routers and Cisco 6500 switch systems).

Beside the high quality care for an Internet connection, safety has teh biggest priority. There fore proven firewall and VPN concepts are at hand.

The INTERNET AG provides a variety of services related to the data center. In addition to the pure server housing the following services are offered:

remote hands service.

The INTERNET AG uses several remote management systems to solve interferences directly on the screen without on-site operation. This includes KVM over IP systems, power
management and system reset systems but also a generously sized storage of spare parts. Particularly sensitive components such as server HDDs for the provided server systems are being reserved.

The 24 / 7 service to the Internet AG is available by phone at any time. The service will be provided bilingually in English and German.
